§1 - Character Names
It is prohibited to use names from the series. Neither is allowed to use names of known and famous people. This holds for names in all languages. §2 - Respect

§3 - Coding
It is against the rules to copy any codes found on World of Jade Mountain or any WoX site. Codes from users’ profiles have been created by or for that user, therefore they cannot be copied and/or used without the user’s permission. It is asked that users include whoever created the code - even codes taken from outside coding.
§4 - NPCs
You cannot roleplay as another’s character except for your own. Non-Playing Characters (NPCs) are allowed as supporting characters. An NPC is a person or creature with a minor role that can be controlled by any character within a topic. An example of an NPC is a pet or an assistant. NPC must be viewed from your character’s point of view. The only time you can roleplay as another character is when the Drama Club specifically offers you a position in an ongoing plot. In this situation, you must disclose this in an OOG (out of game) message. An NPC and other roles cannot be users from the page or characters within the books.
§5 - Sensitive Topics/Subjects
Alcohol, drugs, smoking, abuse, rape, self-harm and suicide is prohibited. It is not realistic for a dragon to drink, therefore is not allowed. Only when in the human form above the age of 18+ is allowed to drink.

§6 - Illegal Activity
Any encouragement towards illegal activities is prohibited pursuant to American European and British laws. Are forbidden and will lead to a permanent ban without a warning.
§7 - Be Realistic
One needs to realistic with their character, both on their profile, topics, and elsewhere. This means a character is not allowed to be an Animus or Royalty unless they have a status to be so. The character can have a persona, but it can’t be exaggerated. For example, saying that your character can tell the future is not allowed without him/her having the appropriate status.
§8 - Politics
Political beliefs revolving around real life are not allowed to be approached in an overpowering manner in profiles, backstories, topics or the chat which may make other users uncomfortable. They should be taken in letters where possible. Your character or homework, unless specified, should not include any political beliefs.
§9 - Other WoX Sites
Mentioning other WoX (World of X) sites are allowed, but advertising is not, as well as spamming and taking over the chat about other sites. 25 slot machine for home.
